Deposits and Payments:
ALL RESERVATIONS FOR CAPILLA JOSEFINA, require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, please submit your credit card by using webervations, if you need room allotment for your event, a one night deposit is require for each room you reserved.  If you wish to pay by check still submit your credit card to guarantee the space, you are subject to our cancellation policies which we ask you to please read carefully.

A written confirmation will be send to you with in 3 to 4 working days.

The balance of your payment will be charge 6 months prior to the event, all rooms must be prepaid 30 days prior to arrival, if more than 6 rooms are reserved, it will be consider a group.

Cancellation Policy:
If the event is cancelled more than twelve months prior to the date of the beginning event date, 75% of the fee for the chapel will be forfeit.
If the event is cancelled within twelve months prior to the date of the beginning event date, 100% of the fee for the chapel will be forfeit.

Hotel Room Policies Regarding Weddings:
Special rates will be offered to wedding parties during off season with a minimum of 8 rooms or more. Outdoor music and hours played will be subject to hotel authorization.
A list of room guest will be required 30 days prior to arrival.

Mexican Regulations for a Legal Ceremony:
The wedding coordinator will assist you on doing all the paper work require by the local authorities, we need the following:
Original Birth Certificate
Copy of Mexican Visa, given to you when entering MEXICO.
Copy of your passport.
4 witnesses for the ceremony, if not available the hotel can provide you with them.
Blood test.

The hotel will not be responsible if failure to comply with the requirements mentioned above.
We recommend at least 2 working dates prior to the ceremony in order to do the blood test which is require by Mexican law.
A NON DENOMINATIONAL MINISTER is available if requested.
NO papers are required for this type of ceremony.

Chapel Only $1,200.00 USD
List of Vendors and Wedding Coordination $650.00 USD

All fees are in US Dollars and are subject to change if not paid in full.
A 20% tax and service will applied to all fees.
With the exception of the chapel and garden all other payments are due 30 days prior to the date of the event.
