POLICIES Please read carefully.
· Check in is at 3:00 pm, check out is at 12:00 noon.
Front desk reception hour are from 8:00am to 11:00pm.
· The hotel offers complimentary coffee and 1 bottle of water per day, in all rooms.
· For $15.00 you can reserve a roll-away, but it's important to requested it prior to arrival (especially during the holidays) due to limited availability.
· To guarantee that a room is available for you, all reservations should be booked online using our convenient reservation system. (Sorry, no reservations are accepted over the phone)

· Parking: Free parking is available, but the hotel is not responsible for items left in the car, etc. If driving in or renting a car, click here for the directions.

· Deposits: In order to reserve a room, we require the first and last night's listed room rates (plus 20% for tax, tips and service) at the time of booking. We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Travelers Checks. Upon receipt of funds, the hotel will email guests their confirmation number within 2 working days.

· Payments: All rooms must be fully prepaid 7 days prior to arrival. Christmas, New Years and all groups require full payment 30 days prior to arrival.

· Cancellation & Refunds: All reservation cancellations are subject to a $35.00 USD refund processing Bank fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and email them to us to elencant@prodigy.net.mx a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival, (30 days for holidays and group reservations) in order to receive refund of deposit (less handling fee). Reservations cancelled outside the cancellation period will forfeit all deposits. Rooms that were paid in full at time of reservation will be refunded the difference, within 30 days. "No-Shows" will forfeit 2 nights. During the holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years), no refunds for "No-Shows" or early departures.
